3.The promotion launches on December 10, 2025 (00:00 GMT+3) till December 16, 2025 (23:59 GMT+3) (“Promotion Time”) and is available to JustMarkets Сlients.

4.Participants must meet the following criteria to qualify for the promotion:

• The participant’s account must have been registered for more than three (3) months prior to the start of the promotion.
• The participant must not have opened any marketing emails within the ninety (90) days preceding the start of the promotion.
• The participant must have completed at least one (1) trade or made at least one (1) deposit within the last twelve (12) months prior to the start of the promotion.

5.If a participant fulfills the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions, specifically in accordance with paragraph 4, they may be eligible for a $30 promo code. This promo code may be used for their future trading activities in compliance with the applicable terms of use.

5.1. The $30 promo code will be sent to the participant’s email specified in the Personal Area within 7 days of the end of the promotion.

5.2. The promo code will be issued to the randomly chosen 50 eligible participants who took part in the event (found at least one phrase and clicked on it).

5.3. A participant can receive only one $30 promo code that can be applied to only one existing trading account. The promo code can be activated on Standard, Pro, or Raw Spread accounts via the Personal Area under the “Benefits” section → <<Promo codes>>. Account currency must be USD.
5.4. The promo code will be available for activation until December 29, 2025 (00:00 GMT+3). The promo code expires after 30 calendar days from the activation date and cannot be activated or used after its expiration.
5.5. To use the promo code, the client must complete the verification process.

6.To make the $30 promo code available for withdrawal, participants must fulfill the following conditions:

6.1. Trading Instruments: The promo code can be used with any trading instrument.

6.2. Robots (Expert Advisors): The use of robots (Expert Advisors) is not allowed.

6.3. Required Number of Traded Lots: participants must trade at least  one tenth (0.1) lot within 30 days from the moment of activation of the promo code.

6.4. Minimum Trade Points Requirement: A minimum of 5.9 pips per trade is required.

6.5. After meeting the requirements described in clauses 6.1 to 6.4, the promo code and profit become available for further trading activity or withdrawal. The promo code status will be updated within one hour after the transaction is closed. To withdraw or transfer funds, the status of the promo code must be updated to “Traded.” The current status of the promo code can be checked in the “Received Bonuses” section.

7.To remove the restrictions on the withdrawal or internal transfer of deposited funds or profit that participate in the promotion, close all active trades on the account and cancel the promo code in the “Status” column on the “Received Bonuses” page in the Personal area.

8.If the promo code is canceled after the start of trading on the account, the amount of the promo code will be deducted from the client’s account, provided that the minimum necessary trading volume has not been fulfilled and the promo code status has not changed to “Traded.”

9.The promo code is not intended to encourage excessive trading activity and shall not be considered an incentive to trade beyond the сlient’s own risk appetite.

10.The Company reserves the right not to provide the promo code and/or reward to participants in exceptional cases.

11.Participant may be disqualified or terminated from the Promotion for the following reasons:

12.Violation of any laws, applicable regulations, or the current Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the Client Agreement set forth on the JustMarkets website.

13.Failure of the participant to meet the conditions for participation in this Promotion.
c. Actions by the participant that demonstrate bad faith, abuse, fraud, or any behavior inconsistent with the Program.

14.Engaging in prohibited trading practices or any suspicious activity that leads the Company to reasonably believe restrictions are necessary for the participant in the Promotion.

This list is not exhaustive, and the Company reserves the right to disqualify or terminate a participant from the Promotion for other circumstances that may threaten its integrity. In the event of violations as outlined above, the Company has the right to remove the client from the Promotion without prior notice. JustMarkets may refuse participation to any client at its sole discretion.

15.The Company reserves the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

16.The Company reserves the right to cancel the client’s promo code at any time without prior notice.

17.The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of the promo Code, including but not limited to losses arising from market fluctuations or trading decisions made by the сlient.

18.The Company reserves the right to use the participants’ feedback, published on their social media pages during the Promotion Time and after, in its promotional and marketing materials. By entering the promotion, сlients consent to the Company using their personal data (including but not limited to full name, photo, screenshots, and social network profiles) for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on the Company’s website, social media, and other promotional materials.

19.Participants may opt out of the use of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time, in accordance with Privacy Policy set forth on the JustMarkets website and applicable data protection laws.

20.Any situation not described in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Company’s decision.

21.Breach of these Terms and Conditions, Client Agreement, Introducing Broker Agreement may result in the exclusion of the participants from this promotion.
